Qandidate.com as a free recruitment system offering small and medium businesses an alternative to Outlook and Excel. We had ambitious plans to create a unique platform for recruiters.

These high ambitions required us to take our development environment and process to the next level. In order to achieve this we had 20% time to do things which do not relate to our short term roadmap. This means we spend each Monday to stay up to date with the latest changes in the world of software development. Since we started with our 20% time we have used a private blog to share our findings with the rest of the development team. But why stop there? We want to share our findings with you and are looking forward to your feedback, ideas and advice!
